Who are we?

Comexo is first and foremost the talent of a cook.

Established in Château-Renard in 1991, he has devised solutions to transform his know-how into industrial processes that respect his values and culinary requirements. Our job is first and foremost to design and manufacture custom-made sauces for industrials and catering professionals. It is also to package each product for each use. Our responsiveness, creativity and ability to adapt to our customers’ constraints are unanimously recognized and make us the leader in custom-made fresh sauces.

In 2021, in order to strengthen our skills and complete our offer, we have decided to form a Strategic Alliance with Gyma, a company specializing in cold sauces for the Food Service and Retail industries. We have the same business and strong complementarities, which allows us to cover the expectations of our customers, both in terms of recipes and packaging.

Our plant has been BRC certified since 2004, and we have been Organic certified for several years. Our QSE department, composed of 7 people, strives to maintain an irreproachable quality, both in our processes and for our sauces. 

Our different assets allow us to be the number 1 in refrigerated sauces today.

Thanks to our 10 packaging lines, we are able to supply emulsified cold sauces all year round, whether fresh or ambient, in several types of packagings.

Under the guidance of 3 experienced R&D project managers, Comexo has perfected a process for developing personalized recipes.

Since 1991, with passion and conviction, we have been developing new recipes, looking for new flavors to meet the ever-changing expectations of our customers and their consumers. 

As soon as we receive a brief, we start the development work in collaboration with our clients, then we send samples and quotations with reactivity, taking into account the specific needs and constraints. The project manager follows the development throughout the life of the product.

This process constitutes a particularly rich exchange that guarantees products always adapted to the evolution of taste trends.
